I had the most incredible time Purify Retreat by Reignite in Noosa Hinterland. 4 days embodying the elements of fire, air, water, earth and ether. We did breathwork, sound healing, yoga, qigong and so much more. I did my first ice bath, something I thought I would never do and I breathed in there for 3 minutes! I am so grateful to share this experience with another 22 amazing souls and as a result I have never experienced this level of relaxation before. Thank you James for holding space for us and your profound knowledge on healthy habits we now get to integrate into our daily lives.

EAT by Reignite this past weekend was absolutely amazing in every way. The knowledge we acquired over 3 days from the host James and presenting experts was mind-blowing. The attention to detail from our Welcome packs, the accommodation at Noosa North Shore, recipe booklets, produce presentation, delicious, beautiful, abundant meals – there is no end to the accolades Reignite Retreats deserves. My 86 year young mother joined me on this retreat and to witness her embrace new nutritional knowledge and her enthusiasm to try different food combinations and recipes is a gift and blessing made possible by this experience. Thank you James and Chantal, Chef Team and the wonderful group of guests whose positive energy filled the entire weekend. We’ll be back for more.
