Seamless airport transfers lead you to a the venue of our next 7 days together retreat. After settling in, you will enjoy a vibrant welcome ceremony with mocktails and local entertainment, followed by an official welcome by your Reignite Retreats founders. Indulge in a plant-based buffet dinner and Gather on the beach for a fire circle for connection and reflection under the stars.

DAY

On day two of the retreat, the focus shifts to personal expansion and detoxification. The day begins with a session dedicated to setting expectations, aligning intentions, and preparing for the day’s transformative experiences. You are then guided through the Expansion Zone, a series of activities designed to push boundaries, foster personal growth, and encourage new perspectives. Following this, you’ll learn about detoxification practices, including performance breathing, invigorating ice baths, and soothing sound healing sessions, aimed at purifying the body and mind. As the day draws to a close, we’ll gather around a beachside fire circle where we reflect and integrate the day that was.

On day three of the retreat, you will begin with a rejuvenating yoga session, connecting your body and mind in a tranquil setting. Following this, you will attend a workshop on plant-based nutrition, gaining insights into nourishing your body with wholesome foods. The day’s program then moves into rebirthing breathwork, a powerful practice for releasing emotional blockages and promoting personal transformation. As the day progresses, you will gather for a drumming fire circle, where rhythmic beats and communal energy will combine to create a vibrant and uplifting experience, fostering connection and harmony under the starlit sky.

On day four of the retreat, the morning begins with a movement culture session, exploring diverse forms of movement to enhance physical and mental agility. Following this, you will participate in an intention-based meditation, aligning your thoughts and energies for the day ahead. The afternoon offers personal time for reflection, relaxation, or further exploration of the retreat surroundings. Later, you will embark on a waterfall trekking and swimming adventure, immersing yourself in nature’s beauty and rejuvenating waters. The day concludes with a cozy fire circle accompanied by a guitarist, providing a serene and melodic backdrop for sharing stories and connecting with your fellow retreaters.

Day five offers a refreshing start with an ice bath, invigorating your senses and energising your body. This is followed by yoga, time for your own massage, allowing you to unwind and relax deeply. The day continues with a hands-on cooking class, where you’ll learn to prepare wholefood, plant-based nutritious meals that promote well-being. Later, you’ll embark on a vision quest, a profound journey of self-discovery and introspection. The day concludes with a reflective fire circle, providing a space for sharing insights and experiences as you connect with your fellow retreat participant

Day six of the retreat begins with a yoga session, followed by a high performance education session led by Reignite Founder, James Yates, offering a unique opportunity for personal growth and connection. Following this, you will enjoy a cooking class and massages, nurturing both body and soul. As the day progresses, you’ll embark on the Red Barron Sunset Cruise, a scenic journey along the coast, culminating in a vibrant White Party on board. The evening concludes with a cozy fire circle, providing a space for reflection and connection under the starlit sky.

On the final day of the retreat, you’ll have personal time to pack up and reflect on your journey. The day culminates in a meaningful closing ceremony on the beach, where you’ll have the opportunity to share reflections and insights from your retreat experience. Finally, you’ll depart from the retreat, taking with you memories of personal growth, new connections, and a rejuvenated spirit, as you are transferred back to the airport or your next destination.

Our venue is situated approx 30 minutes drive from Koh Samui International Airport

A return Airport Transfer is included from Koh Samui International Airport to our venue. All details will be provided in your welcome pack, which is sent to you 8 weeks out from the event.

We provide 2 buffet meals each day. Brunch and Dinner. The menu is primarily Vegan buffet style with some additional options for other dietary requirements.

Just YOU and your enthusiasm to be there… We’ll provide you with a welcome pack approximately 8 weeks out from the Retreat with all the other information you need for your stay.

You are not obliged to participate in all activities, however for maximum benefits, we do recommend partaking in the whole program. You will be able to speak with us throughout to ensure you feel most comfortable.
