James Yates is a high performance coach specialising in nervous system optimisation for modern high achievers. After two decades working in wellness, performance, and human behaviour, James now supports people to regulate stress, rebuild energy, improve sleep, and upgrade their performance through practical, sustainable habits that work in real life.
He is the Founder of Reignite Retreats and has delivered over 100 retreats and 1,000+ transformational experiences across five continents. His work blends nervous system regulation, recovery science, breathwork, movement, wholefood nutrition, and behavioural change, helping clients step out of survival mode and into a calmer, more powerful state of performance.

Richard Burrows

Rich has a wealth of experience operating in high stakes and high pressure situations; from the boardroom to the playing field and all manner of environments in between.
Having commenced his career in counter-terrorism investigations, Rich developed a reputation for remaining cool in a crisis, regularly dealing with matters of national security.
As an elite performance coach, Rich centres his approach on the mastery of breath. The foundations provided by sound breathing mechanics, efficient and effective use of oxygen and the ability to control the automatic responses to pressure, stress and fear can propel performance to completely new levels.

Abigail Coomber
Yoga, Breathwork and Mindfulness
After completing a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Science at university, Abigail furthered her studies by embarking on her yoga teacher journey as a way of understanding the body not just as the sum of its parts, but as a living, thriving ecosystem that asks us to listen more deeply.
Abi’s offerings blend modern science with ancient wisdom, grounded in both the human experience and the natural world around us. She gently encourages her students to see their yoga practice as an exploration of the internal landscapes of the mind and heart, while tending to the physical vessel. Her classes weave in yoga history and philosophy, the 5 elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine, zenthai shiatsu-inspired bodywork tools, acupressure and Qi gong, drawing from years of curiosity, study and practice.

This retreat is for Individuals, Couples and Friends who are looking for a complete wellness reboot
We have multiple dates available each year. We will provide you a couple of dates that suit best to your schedule.
We accept attendees of all backgrounds. We do however like to speak with you first to ensure that this is the best fit for you to join us.
This is a 3 day/2 night experience. We begin from 9am on a Friday and finish just on lunchtime on the following Sunday.
Yes, all food is plant-based, vegan friendly, dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free, however if you have additional allergies, we will do our best to accommodate you.
As part of a successful application process, you’ll be offered a variety of costing options, however do note that minimum this Retreat costs is $1697 per person, twin or triple share.
