FAQ's
Upon graduation, you will have lifetime access to the online modules, which include pose breakdowns, guided practices, deep dives into philosophy, meditation, breathwork & anatomy, and much more.
Your certification can be completed anytime within 12 months of your start date. We do this so that all the information is integrated and digested within a certain time frame, and so you can go at your own pace with no need to rush through it.
(Extensions to this 12 months are available on application if needed)
You must log a total of 30 connection hours, whilst also completing your course modules & quests to graduate.
The 30 hours can be completed from attending our retreat in Koh Samui.
Please bear in mind that’s this is not a race 🙂 and there’s A LOT of information during the course to digest. So please take your time and enjoy the journey. Part of your training is hosting some community classes for the general public, either in-person or online, so you will be ready to start getting some practice teaching before you actually graduate as a fully fledged teacher.
Most people haven’t—and that’s exactly why they’re here. Teaching isn’t some magical gift you’re born with, it’s a skill you learn. And at Ritual Embodiment, we make that process feel simple, accessible, and even fun. You’ll be surprised what you’re capable of with the right tools, support, and a little playfulness.
You can still do the full training online and graduate as a certified teacher. The Thailand retreat is an incredible in-person immersion, but all the core teachings are available through our online portal. We’ve been refining our online training for years—it’s a powerful path in its own right.
We usually keep the group to around 25–30 people. That way, there’s enough space for genuine connection and one-on-one support, while still holding the magic of a diverse and dynamic community. It’s the perfect balance of intimacy and shared energy.
Our venue is situated approx 30 minutes drive from Koh Samui International Airport
A return Airport Transfer is included from Koh Samui International Airport to our venue. All details will be provided in your welcome pack, which is sent to you 8 weeks out from the event.
We provide 2 buffet meals each day. Brunch and Dinner. The menu is primarily Vegan buffet style with some additional options for other dietary requirements.
Just YOU and your enthusiasm to be there… We’ll provide you with a welcome pack approximately 8 weeks out from the Retreat with all the other information you need for your stay.
You are not obliged to participate in all activities, however for your certification, we do recommend partaking in the whole program. You will be able to speak with us throughout to ensure you feel most comfortable.

Yes- You are required to have an active Travel Insurance Policy that covers this retreat at the time of this event.
As we commit to our training, venue and service providers well in advance, all payments and deposits are final and non-refundable unless otherwise provided for under applicable Consumer Protection legislation. Accordingly, no amount shall be refunded to you upon your cancellation of registration of the Retreat.
